    There are 2 weeks left in Lockdown so to try to get people back ready for the possible return of hockey and simply put a smile on people’s faces. The Hockey Lab will be running 4 skills and cardio hockey sessions modified to suit the ability levels of the group. The sessions can all be completed from the comfort of your own home. All you will need is a stick, ball and an area to exercise in.
