Michael
Olympian & GB Hockey.
Michael has had a vast amount of experience as a professional Hockey player. During his 8 year international career he became a World, European and Commonwealth medalist. This is combined with his unique story of growing up in Liverpool and having to fight hard to compete with those from other geographical locations and education systems. This has given him a passion to want to share his knowledge and determined approach to life, and be a role model to others.

Prior to his hockey playing and coaching career Michael worked as a qualified PE teacher in the North of England. He has a total of 16 years experience in education, coaching and high performance sport. These key life skills, experiences and drive to make a difference now combine to create The Hockey Lab.
